• Drive Visual Merchandising strategy across Belkin products balancing brand identity and maximizing sales in retail shopfront • Create and implement planograms that support sales, profitability and accuracy in product range to space allocation, and continually innovate to support the needs and growth of the business • Partner with Sales & Marketing team and consolidate customer feedback into merchandising strategy • Action accurate inventory and assortment mapping on the store level in partnership with Sales teams • Create and deliver channel specific marketing assets, including in-store POPs, graphics in alignment with local marketing team, working with external production & printing agencies. • Improvement of sell-through velocity in-channel across retail partners, in partnership with Belkin’s sales leadership in Japan • Quality execution of Belkin’s sell-through initiatives defined by marketing and sales leadership across all retail landscapes in Japan • Help refine a playbook of r
